    As Prime Consultant, Dean Ryan staff were responsible for the design/build and complete renovation of 6000 sf to SCIF'd space requirements as defined in DCID 1/21 and Red/Black Installation Guidance:

  • 5 Classrooms: 4 w/6 students and 1 w/12 students
  • 4 simulators; mini UPS an air conditioning
  • Secured screening entry area
  • Office space; 4 personnel include storage/safe area
  • Breakroom
  • HVAC/Elect Upgrade to support additional loads
  • Interior renovation: Carpet, walls ceiling, windows an doors (45 STC rated)
  • Security/Alarms as required to meet DCID 1/21 and Red/Black Installation Guidance
  • Phones: 1/classroom, 2/3nteace, 2/breakroom, 4/officce
  • LAN interconnectivity stubouts
  • Additional restroom breakroom, classroom facility for west end of building
  • New exterior entrance and walkways

    The project was built to meet all recommended construction necessary to meet all code requirements and DCId 1/21 and Red/Black Installation Guide Requiements. Design and construction included the installation of all Passive Classroom Equipment.
