As Prime Consultant, Dean Ryan is responsible for project management and professional environmental resource expertise throughout the states of California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado. The work includes all aspects of environmental studies, evaluations, and documentation as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), itºs implementing regulations, and other environmental protection legislation, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and the National Historic Preservation Act.

In addition, services include preparation of environmental documents required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and its implementing guidance performance of technical review of similar documents prepared by others, and development of natural resource restoration. Dean Ryan is also responsible for the preparation of documentation in compliance with NEPA and other environmental protection legislation, including the implementing regulations of resource agencies, the COE, and DOD. Dean Ryan shall also provide or obtain research facilities, equipment, materials, land and labor to provide the environmental services including literature searches-research, interviews, informal agency and expert coordination, data collection/monitoring Ç water quality, air quality, noise, traffic counts, socioeconomics, biological inventories, habitat characterization, cultural resource inventories, economics, and field observations.
